New Product Development - Tea Bags
Through the Fairtrade Premiums Received. Nduti Installed a Teabag packing Machine. 1Kg of Tea bag teas fetch 20 dollars in the market against Average price at Mombasa auction is 3 dollars per Kg.
Staff Welfare Projects
Through Fairtrade Premiums Factory Staff procured tents & Public address systems for hire to the community. They use the income generated to lend money amongest themselves at low interest rates. Staff morale and productivity has improved.
Cup of ambitions
Cup of Ambition aims at uplifting the Living standards of the farmers through Diversification.
